Adventures in Acts (25 Lessons) 

Who says deep Biblical content can’t be fun? Not us! “Passionately accurate” is one of our key phrases at KidzLife, but so is “It’s a sin to bore kids with the Gospel.” The stories we get to teach in the book of Acts are absolutely awe-inspiring and a joy to impart to our kids. We explore what life was like for the first disciples when Jesus returned to heaven–how God's Spirit turned ordinary men into powerhouses of faith, and how God can still do the same today.

We go out of our way to capture kids’ attention with a grabber to start each large group lesson. We follow through with lessons that really speak to kids. We never water down the truth, but we get creative using age-appropriate examples and verbiage.

Small group discussions are where the rubber meets the road! Through hands-on activities and heart-probing questions, kids discover where Biblical truths intersect their daily lives. Leaders help kids process and plan how to put the principles they’re learning into practice.

Kids Like the King: Psalms and Proverbs (25 Lessons) 

A study of Psalms and Proverbs...

Picture this: Your teacher holds up an ancient journal. It creaks softly as she opens it. And when she blows on it, poof! A cloud of dust escapes, obscuring the curious faces she is teaching. Your kids are on the edge of their seats. “Are you listening? This is what King David wrote in his journal about that…”

Our Kids Like the King series begins by weaving the adventurous stories of Israel's kings with the heart message of the Psalms. Later lessons spell out the wisdom nuggets that God revealed to Solomon in Proverbs so kids see the very best way to live. 

Every large group lesson begins with an attention-getter to pique curiosity. We give you prop suggestions and interactive elements to clarify a kingdom point and make it stick for years to come. Our lessons teach full impact truth to kids in a way they can understand it.

Small group discussions may just be the most important part of the evening. We engage kinesthetic learners with hands-on activities, and we ask open-ended questions (like Jesus did) so kids dig deep to see what they actually believe.
